Plastic Little are bunch of rap nerds from Philidelphia who run in the same circles as DJ Yoda and Spank Rock. They deftly mix humour, indie rock referances/samples and smut into their sound without sounding novelty or tired.
'Get Close' is a perfect example of this, taking the classic Cure track and twisting it into a poppin' party jam. I'm still wondering what 'Dawson Creek up on her cheek' means exactly.
